Due to all products being made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, this is done to increase our capacity to produce orders quickly. All that being said, If we made a mistake in production we will be more than happy to correct it. If we made a mistake please contact us within 21 days after delivery receipt date otherwise all products are deemed accepted as is without issues.

All of our items are made to order. Production time time is stated in each listing as well as during checkout. If you need rush processing and shipping please feel free to contact the shop BEFORE purchasing to make accommodations. **Please note shipping times are subject to change at any moment during the current global crisis. Please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive because it could be delayed in transit.
Expected Transit Times (after processing/production time):
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1 to 4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
We are able to ship with alternative couriers, please contact the shop prior to purchase if you have a desired courier.
Buyers are responsilbe for providing the shop with a valid address that is able to receive any style of packaging. Seller is not responsible for stolen packages. All sales are final, if a package is undeliverable by no fault of the seller, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for additional costs associated with reshipment.
